A famous name attached to this musician; Rakesh is a child prodigy and the nephew of flute maestro Pandit Hariprasad Chaurasia. The most accomplished of disciples of his uncle, he shows all the promise to carry the Chaurasia legacy to new fantastic heights. Rakesh is well known for his ability to play the Bamboo Flute with an incredible amount of strength and serenity, creating a sound which is beautiful, exhilarating and soothing. Rakesh will be accompanied by percussion maestros Bhavani Shankar Pakhawaj and Vijay Ghate on tabla.
